Automatically: standard server logs only. Like effectively every website, the hosting provider that serves these pages records ordinary technical request data — IP address, browser type and version, the page requested, and the date and time. This is generated by the hosting infrastructure for security, abuse prevention and reliability. We do not use it to build a profile of you and we do not combine it with anything else.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. It also uses no localStorage, no sessionStorage, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, no tag manager and no analytics product — not Google Analytics, not Meta Pixel, not anything comparable.

Because nothing is stored on your device and no tracking takes place, there is no consent banner on this site. That is a deliberate outcome of how it is built, not an oversight. When you contact us

The calls to action on this site are a phone call, a text message, or an email. If you use one:

  • Phone and SMS — the call or message is carried by your mobile network and ours. We keep your number and what you tell us about your project so we can quote and carry out the work.
  • Email — messages sent to Flashhome998@gmail.com are received and stored in a Google (Gmail) mailbox, and are therefore processed by Google in line with Google's own terms.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, carry out work you engage us for, and keep normal business records. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

The following third parties can process data in connection with this site:

  • Google (Gmail) — receives and stores email sent to our published address.

  • Supabase — a database platform referenced in this site's codebase for possible future use. It is not currently active: no visitor data is sent to it today. If that changes — for example if a quote form is added — this policy will be updated first.

How long we keep things

Enquiries and project records are kept for as long as needed to do the work and to meet ordinary business, tax and warranty obligations, then disposed of. Hosting server logs are retained on the hosting provider's own schedule, which is typically short.

Your choices

Because we hold information only when you contact us directly, the simplest route is also the most direct: email Flashhome998@gmail.com or call 385-542-0884 and ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond to reasonable requests.

Utah residents: the Utah Consumer Privacy Act applies to businesses meeting revenue and data volume thresholds that a business of this size is unlikely to meet. We have chosen to offer the access and deletion route above regardless of whether we are legally required to.

Children
