Scope: these terms cover your use of this website. They do not govern remodeling work. Any project we carry out is governed by the written estimate and contract you sign with us — if the two ever appear to conflict, the signed contract controls.
This website is operated by FlashHome Exterior Remodeling (Abraham Camargo), Lehi, Utah. By using it, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this website is
This site exists to show our work and let you reach us. It is marketing material and general information. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, a warranty, or a binding commitment to perform work at a particular price or on a particular schedule.
A price becomes real only in a written estimate prepared for your specific property after we have assessed it.
Project photography
Photographs in the Our Work gallery and the before/after comparisons show projects completed by FlashHome Exterior Remodeling. They are shown to illustrate workmanship and scope.
Materials, finishes, lighting and site conditions differ between properties. Your project will not be identical to a photograph, and no image should be treated as a promise of a specific result.
One image is disclosed as computer-generated: the scrolling transformation animation on the home page was produced with AI-generation tooling. It depicts the character of a real FlashHome transformation but is not camera footage of a specific completed job. We flag it rather than let it be mistaken for a photograph.
Estimates
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is valid only in writing, only for the scope it describes, and only for the period it states. Discovering conditions that were not visible at the time of the estimate — rot behind siding, substrate failure, code issues — may change scope and price. We will tell you before doing that work, not after.
Licensing and insurance
Contractor licensing in Utah is administered by the Utah Division of Professional Licensing (DOPL). You are entitled to verify the licence and insurance status of any contractor, including us, before signing anything, and we encourage you to do so.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — photographs, project imagery, written copy, the FlashHome name and logo, and the design of the site itself — belongs to FlashHome Exterior Remodeling or is used with permission. Please do not copy, republish or use it commercially without written permission. You are welcome to share links to it.

Where this site links to somewhere else, we do not control that destination and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Content may become out of date, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, the site is provided "as is" and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it or from an inability to reach it.
Nothing in this paragraph limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here limits our obligations under a signed construction contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and the courts of Utah County, Utah are the venue for any dispute about this website.
